I''ve twice ordered my contacts from your company now because aside from being the best price for the Biofinity''s that I wear, the shipping is very fast and efficient. I can track my order online as well as the having the convenience of having my previous order readily available for reorder in the click of a button. For those that have to pay for contacts out of pocket this is the best online contact store to buy from, period.

I have been using Best Price Contacts from the time my eye care professional first recommended contacts. Best Price Contacts makes ordering very easy. The contacts arrive right away. Customer service when needed is outstanding!!Product pricing is the best that can be found. Email reminders and coupons keep me on schedule for reordering.

Although price was my first decision, there are other equal factors... Price, Shipping Costs, Customer Service, Fast Shipping, Ease of Ordering and Reordering, Coupons & Discounts are a Plus! This is my first time ordering for contacts online and I was a bit nervous. I actually called several times (no fault of yours). All your Reps were very knowledgeable of my order, they were polite and showed interest in my concerns. I was amazed that none of them skipped a beat, as it often happens when I make repeated calls to other companies. All of the Reps were in sync to what was happening to my order and they worked like a team - even the email responses were prompt and accurate. Although this is a "long distance relationship", you made feel like I was part of your "family". I am very impressed! Whatever you are doing to train your employees - keep it up! But I hope you don't stress them out - I've worked in call centers before and know how that could be! Anyway - I will recommend Best Price Contacts to my friends and relatives. Thank you for a satisfactory experience!!

I''m stationed in Japan, so I assumed it would take forever, but boy was I wrong. It took a little less then average time to reach me which meant my order was processed immediatly. Great service, and I''m impressed. Also i inputed my prescription wrong, but you all called my doctor and correctly verified what i needed. Will recommend to everybody.
