Best
Price Contacts is a replacement contact lens center. |
|
If
you have never worn contacts lenses before, you
must first have your eyes examined. |
|
Your
first contacts must be fitted by a licensed eye
care practitioner. |
|
Your
doctor will gladly provide you with a copy of your
prescription once he/she is satisfied with the proper
fit. Customers should not change or modify their
prescription on their own. |
|
As
a replacement center we can only sell you contact
lenses that have been prescribed by your doctor,
and that you are currently wearing successfully. |
|
You may provide us with a current prescription
in any one of the following ways:
|
|
From
your current prescription, or from your current
contact lens packaging, transfer the information
for each eye to the prescription section on the
Online Order Form. Well gladly verify
this information with your doctor. |
|
Fax
your prescription to Best Price Contacts at 877-291-8154. |
|
If
you do not have a copy of your current prescription,
call or visit your doctor to request one. In most
states the Federal Medical Records Act requires
your doctor to provide you with a copy upon request.
Be sure it contains all the necessary information
required for a valid prescription, including the
issue date, expiration date if noted, and signed
by your doctor. |
